Update: This place is understaffed. Expect to wait a half hour for your food. Stuff were missing from the menu.
Yoffee is a very nice cafe on two floors and plenty of seating. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxed. They have a great menu, beginning from breakfast sandwiches and plates, till a full menu for lunch or dinner, with apatizers and mains. They also have a full line of personnel pizza pies, pasta, crepes and paninis. And above all they have a super selection of all kinds of coffee, lattes, specialty drinks and iced drinks. They also have a variety of deserts, ice cream and waffles. Yoffee is also very good priced. But here I had some issues. When I was there they had a real long wait with only one employee taking orders on a busy weekend night (moitza shabat). So I tried ordering online to skip the long wait, and then it got a mess, they accepted my order and charged my card, and then 5 seconds later it popped up that its canceled. So I went to ask the guy by the counter what the status of my order is, after waiting 10 min to talk to someone they told me that they don't have one thing of my order, but the rest is being processed. So I tried finding something else on their menu for me, but more the 3/4 of the manu was not available! But that didn't stop them from selling these all stuff online and then cancel the order. The dining area was very dim and dark, and the chairs are very uncomfortable to eat. But on a regular day it should be a very good place for a delicious cozy meal for a fair price. Although my experience wasn't the best this time I will definitely give it another chance and I am sure it will be much better.
----------------------- Updated -------------------------- I did go back on a regular day to Yoffee with a group of people. They did have their full manu available. The food was absolutely delicious. I tried the grilled salmon sandwich, it was great. Their paninis is also worth trying. All of us really enjoyed the experience. But one thing fell short; the drinks. I ordered 3 different kinds, they were good, but not as expected. The iced coffee was bad, and a chocolate hazelnut martini was lacking flavor and tasted like a hot sugar drink. And finally the razzle was a plain ice cream with some very little rice crisps.

Read moreIt is very rare for me to give a one star review to any establishment. Despite my absolutely horrendous experience here, I can’t give a one star review because the place did have a roof, a ceiling, tables, and chairs. That was about the best it got. The food was worthy of a Pulitzer award;it was so bad I could write a book about it. I do gotta hand it to them, the fact that they could never get a damn order straight is nothing short of an enigmatic miracle. I experienced this firsthand when I ordered an omelette on a sourdough baguette and received a cold scrambled egg haphazardly dumped on a minuscule slice of rye bread. You ask for a shake with no whipped cream, you get the whole damn whipped cream bottle. A couple of gag reflex’s later, we ordered a personal pie in the hopes that at least that they wouldn’t screw up. The damn thing looked like it had been thru the Great Oil Spill of 2008. The crust had a moisture state similar to that of Biden’s dentures. Additionally, please explain how I paid $38 for an egg on toast, a soup, a hot chocolate, and a Snapple? Overall, do not attempt visit this place if you value your life,...
Read moreWe stopped by last week to satiate our sweet teeth. We all seemed to be craving ice cream and sugary drinks after our pizza.
The decor is absolutely lovely. The modern futuristic vibe definitely does it for me. And the minimalistic look just makes you feel like you're posh for a moment there.
We ordered a razzle, some sort of peanut butter milkshake and dream cup milkshake. The milkshakes were probably a little too sweet so a few sips in we were done with it. The razzle though, that was great. The toppings were fresh and crunchy. I don't like that they only offer 3 toppings in the already marked up price so we ended up paying for a simple razzle over $10.
We were there at night so all we wanted were drinks but they do have a variety of pastries, sandwiches, paninis, omelets etc. Everything is on the pricier side but could be worth it. The employees are friendly, willing to help and allow substitutions.
Overall, we enjoyed the food and our company. If I'm ever in the neighborhood during the day I'll...
