Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union — Local services in Town of Red Hook

I’ve been a patron of MHV for years now, and I will never sway from my favorites at the Red Hook branch. Pretty much everyone has always been so helpful and accommodating. Rachel always goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met, and never judges me when I come to her for help with our accounts. The entire line of tellers is amazing, greet me by name every time I walk in, always with a smile. They anticipate my needs before I even get to the counter. I have only had one run in with an employee that was less than desirable, and I have no problem staying away from them when they’re on the clock and sticking with the amazing crew that takes such good care of me! I miss the awesome staff that has gone on ti other branches, like Jackie and Erica. Thankfully Rachel, Brooke, Taylor, Lydia and Chris, haven’t moved on to other locations, and I’m so happy to be their client any day...

I opened a new account earlier this year and I never recieved my account number and I discovered some errors in my credit report and discovered an incorrect address on my mhv statements and i went to the red hook branch to report incorrect address to correct it and the lady in the office is rude she told me to have a seat ,turned her computer to keep me from viewing it and she lied and denied anything wrong and she is violating the civil rights to view reports and statements that the errors can continue to...

I’d like to start off with, I love this bank. And I love you Rachel Cook. I’m sorry this review comes so late, but my god it really felt like Rachel went the extra mile for me and my family when trying to get a car loan. The dealer was treating us like absolute dookie. Eveything turned out great in the end, got my car, and a customer for life at this bank. Still owe you a gorgeous cut of rib roast (or your choice~) Thank you so much for the everything...
