adidas Outlet Store RIVERHEAD — Local services in Town of Riverhead

I love adidas but I’m giving 1 star only because the poor staff they have and Im referring specifically to employee Marc. Im a adiclub level 3 member and i ask him to put my order in my account. He looked at me rudely and pulled out the bill out of machine with force because he had to issue a return and re insert the order under my account name. That is unacceptable and i did not keep arguing just took my new receipt and walked out, but i hope adidas takes decision and to observe Marc’s behavior while on shift, maybe he needs therapy or smth but people like him who are aggressive should not work on places with customer direct interactions.

On 03/09/2025 myself and my husband went to store number 6273 located at 1503 Tanger Mall Drive Riverhead NY 11901 and selected and purchased $267.10 worth of merchandise. I am also a loyalty member. I asked the employee and manager if they could please unlock a fitting room so I may try on 2 pair of pants and the employee and manager told me no because they were closing in a few minutes. In the store and denied service? Horrible for business and horrible...

Horrible horrible sales staff and manager. Guy cut in from of because they are all Spanish they got mad that I said anything and started to talk in Spanish about me. I keep my translator on because this is rampant. Black Folks stay away from This Adidas store.. They don't respect or want our business! The Cashier was very sarcastic. I will never shop in this store...Puma and Nike...
