Purchased over 10 pairs of boots here, the racial profiling makes you want to return them all. I purchased to pair of boots for Christmas presents about 2 days before Christmas. Went to return them with the receipt, boot in box never worn. As I walked into the store with the boxes im am approached "do you need help". Okay sure, I have my niece with me she going to try on a size up if it fits better she will take it. However, if they do not have a larger size then she will keep the boot I purchased. Sounds simple you would thing, nope they ideally linger around us the entire time we are in the store. Literally, hovering over us the entire time. Mind you I am wearing a brand new pair of Timberlands on my feet my niece decides she want 2 additional boots. I go to the counter with the exchange boot and 2 new purchases, the cashier examined the receipt for the longest time, until finally another cashier came over and took the receipt and said I'm sorry then we were on our way.. side note minority have been the unspoken heros of the retail world its time to stop the mistreatment. Had a problem with the pair of boots I purchased. Went through the online process to return/exchange only to have them tell me to go back to the location I purchased them at. (which was 40+ minutes away) Although they did exchange them for me there the manager on duty was super rude while doing it accusing me of returning boots multiple times, which was not the case and told me if I had any other issues with the boots that they would not honor another swap/refund and I would have to deal with their online return process. These will most definitely be the last pair of boots I purchase from this company, Red Wing boots...
