If I could give this STORE a negative 0 I would. I can into the store to make an exchange. Anna one of the store employees stated that I could only make an even exchange with the same item as well as bar code and would have to do a separate transaction. I stated to ANNA that on the receipt it does not indicate this as the return and exchange policy. Anna laughed and proceeded to state we donât make the receipts!!!! I never heard of anything like this in my life. All store have their on return policy that is printed on the receipt after purchase. So this sarcastic employee Anna was apparently LYING!!!!She then calls her supervisor Elizabeth for assistance because there was a problem with the computerâ HOW Ironicâ and she could not fix the problem and indicated for me to come back the following day and speak with the store manager Tashana or call the store and she would assist. The store has no TELEPHONE NUMBER LISTED and when stating this to ELIZABETH all she stated wasâ Yeah then you have to come back miles away from where I live for this!!!!The staff behavior and attitude is very distasteful and have no regards for their customers.    Read moreAs an expecting mother, Iâve been collecting toys and blind box items and have traveled 2â3 hours on multiple occasions to visit stores in Tangram, Times Square, and Riverheadâeach time being told that the items I came for âwerenât available,â even though they were promoted. Whatâs worse, the staff made no effort to check the back or confirm inventory and instead acted uninterested and dismissive.
Today I was also denied an exchange for a brand new item even though I had the receipt in hand and the item was completely unused. Meanwhile, staff were on their phones, chewing gum, and chatting with each other instead of helping customers. The level of unprofessionalism was unacceptable, especially for a company that promotes itself as family-friendly.
