UPDATE! UNETHICAL EXPERIENCE FOR THE CUSTOMER. Colton, John and Tammy gave us all of their attention when we were in their store. Turns out after we left the store, in order for them to split their commission on our 3 purchases, they turned our sale into an exchange without us knowing which has made it impossible for us to return or exchange the earrings we purchased. Kay gives you 30 days to return or exchange and we went to our local store within that time and then drove over an hour to an outlet and neither can help us. I told her how my husband bought me a diamond ring for our 25th wedding anniversary and how after a year I had to bring it back to the mall where we bought it because a diamond was missing and others were loose with me barely wearing it.
