"Factory"store a vague term that could mean anything. An outlet it is not. I cant see how reviews liked their prices. One pair I purchased at a true outlet was priced at $129 there while I paid $77. On my prior visit to Florida (Pre virus) the Orlando store on the other hand is a true outlet and even offers a senior discount. In addition stocks many sizes and widths.(I ended up with 6 pairs; they had a great sale) not to mention staff that went above and beyond. While this place not one pair for me (Told did not stock ) Those "sales" buy one get one for 50% off just means 25% off each pair and compell one to buy 2. Even then no great deal . Read moreI had a really bad experience on that store today beware the prices on the displays doesn't match the price at the cashier so that means they do false advertise on prices plus when I told them about the prices the manager came to the cashier with really nasty attitude assuming we switch boxes to get better price really who does that ? when I told her she was wrong assuming that she didn't even apologize the manager in that store has a really poor customer service and you lost a customer with you nasty manager attitude.
