The Worse Experience EVER!!!! I wanted to purchase 8-9 Items tonight the person who answered the phone left me on hold for about 45 minutes. Since it was taking long i decided to call in using my wife's phone to make sure they knew i was still on hold waiting. I was told that the manager had asked the person to do something different but that they will be right on the original line which i had call originally. Mind you, no one came to the line to tell me anything or informed me that no one was working on my order or that it was going to take longer or that if i rather get a call back instead. I waited another 32 minutes which at that point i hung up the phone and just called in to ask for a manager to expressed my frustration with the situation. It's just sad how once companies get to a certain level of wealth, they let just about anyone to represent their brand. No sense of urgency or customer respect. Moral of the story: I WILL NEVER GO TO THE POLO AT TANGER OUTLETS RIVERHEAD LOCATION. EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION WHO WAS ON THE CLOSING SHIFT NOV 27TH 2023 NEEDS TO AT THE VERY LEAST BE RETRAINED. Read morePlease be careful. I placed the special order, but there is missing item. I have waited over 2 weeks but the item was not delivered. I haven't received any contact from the store. It was very difficult to contact the store. This morning I spoke to the office manager, Maria and asked her about the missing item. I paid fully when I placed the order. She was very rude over the phone. She simply that Polo company did not send it due to "out of stock". I haven't received any information by email or call from the company regarding any delayed delivery. Maria said that she doesn't know how to handle the missing item. She told me that the amount MAY be refunded but she has no idea how and when it will be done. I had one worker that was in the store that kept following me for nothing and including the Store Manager of the store.
