The employees can’t read their own system on the drink tickets. They gave me a frappe when I ordered a chocolate cream cold brew. I sent one of my coworkers to get it because I’m too busy and didn’t have the time, so when I had to interrupt my day to go back to the Starbucks and I was met with an unapologetic staff, it left a bad taste in my mouth. Or maybe that was my still wrong coffee - there’s like no chocolate in this drink. I hope corporate does something after my call later, and I won’t update my review until I can see improvement in all the areas...
