I saw a water print wall art sitting with other water prints. They were all similar size all with 29.99 on the label. ... Except this one ( there were two ) that I looked at. Naturally, based on the similarities of the others I assumed it was 29.99. BTW every single item was priced except the ones in front that I liked. Just my luck.. Two of the same prints a female shape outline.. thought it might look good in my bathroom.
I walked around looked at other things .. went next door to Home Goods .. did nit see anything that I liked as much.. So I decided 30 is not bad fior this item to put in my bathroom. I took the item up to the cashier.. she called someone over since there barcide on it seemed to not what she can ring up. A young lady came over ..looked at it and told me $40..
I disagreed with the price and offered to show her where I got the item from. There was another one like it sitting there and she started with an explanation regarding their internal codes. I asked that they consider my request based on the facts... and she denied it without an explanation that made sense to me as a customer. asked to speak with a Manager _ Joseph Torres came over and was emphatic in his no and started giving me a lesson on Home Sense internal coding system. He started telling me about $500 artwork which had no bearing on the fact that they are misleading their customers by not putting a price and placing t with similar item items.. the only difference being the actual character being depicted. Read moreI love the store but extremely disappointed. We purchased an outdoor table set for $1400 ish with delivery. Within a month and a half our table started cracking and I called the store who then told me that its outside the 30 days so I had to contact nautical directly. I reached out to them and when I said I purchased it from homesense and provided the reciept they said they can’t do anything because it’s a brand for home sense and they are supposed to take care of this.
My table didn’t even make it one season,
Update: I spoke to customer service and I have to applaud great customer service.
After sending in some pictures and speaking with someone they have offered a gift card in the amount of the total transaction including the cost was delivery.. we loved the table, and are sad that it didn’t last but I think it’s amazing that they gave us a gift card in the full amount.
I hope all customers when writing a disappointing review take the time to share when companies and even small businesses do things the correct way.
I’m not sure if I’d purchase another outside set with this same material, but can use the gift card towards other purchases. Amazing customer service, we will be back! Ty TJM and there brands!
the wood is extremely discolored, and even stored properly with extreme care I started taking my furniture out and noticed that the table is now bubbled, and that crack in the wood expanded that you can’t even use a chair.
