Just came out of the Marshallās and Homegoods store. Letās just say my experience was not up to par with my expectations. I went to the cash register that the automated machine told us to, when we went there two men took our spot and the cashier said that they were up next. First of all I knew they werenāt, they were just friends of the cashier #8. š Then we went to the next available cashier which was #6, then at that time the next person behind us came walking to #6. š This is when it gets good, this lady came to talk to the cashier #6, probably the manager, (I donāt know) saying that we came from the other side and my father said we didnāt. Then another lady, who should have not spoken at all, said we came from the opposite side. Which we didnāt. And still the lady who was talking to the cashier attending us told us that we shouldnāt have come from the other side that clearly had no line. Then my father, my brother, and I said that we didnāt. But, the lady next to us said that we did, my parents frustrated walked out. Check your cameras! We got out around 1:50 p.m, you will clearly see that we did not come from the opposite side. I USED to love frequently coming to this location, as it is the most convenient, however due to a Marshallās cashier by the name of SHERYL I now avoid it for the most part. This woman has ruined my visit too many times. Every time we go she watches us like a hawk from the moment we enter the checkout to the moment we leave. Sheās come to our register every time without fail and claims to the cashier that we are trying to steal from the company. This is humiliating, especially as a person of color who would never do such a thing. She does this loudly and proceeds to watch our entire transaction even while ignoring her own customers.. SHERYL even called a manager on my cousin claiming that sheās been using her employee discount card which she has never seen them use. SHERYL does all this to us over a 10% discount card from an entire year ago. Iām tired of coming In here and being harassed by this obsessive weird...

Among other things, Iāve seen the manager scream at staff members in front of customers, not once multiple times. Iāve seen staff members be rude to customers at check out. The fitting room staff, when it was open, always had an attitude. Today I walked in the wrong door and they were obnoxious about it. Obviously on me, but not thrilled with the way they handle themselves. I was already in and at that point, whatās the difference? Iām sure Iāll get told that they āvalue the safety of their customers and staffā, and if they did they would not allow the other obscenities to go unchecked, especially with the way some staff members are treated.
