I went into this store on June 15 to mail a small package to my dad. I told the associate that I needed this package to be there before Sunday and he assured me that the 3 day shipping is the one that I needed to accomplish that and the price would be 31.15. I told him that money wasn’t an issue I just needed it to be there in 3 days. Well now it’s Monday which is 5 days and the package has still not been delivered. I went back into the store this afternoon to explain my frustration and not only was the associate nasty but he lied about the whole transaction. I have enclosed the receipt which clearly says 3 days on it. I should be charged the regular rate of shipping at the very least and not the 3 day which I was lied to about. I will never use them again and I suggest everyone else...

I go to this store frequently. Each time that I go, I am more impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the people who work here. Yesterday, I went to return an Amazon purchase and found out that I had pressed the wrong button on my phone to do the return at a UPS store (I accidentally clicked on “Whole Foods return).
