The communication process was terrible. I went into this branch to get the information needed to open an account for my daughter who is 16. My wife and daughter went to this branch to make a deposit and inquired about the process to open an account and were told that all she needed was her school ID and her social security card. Then I went in yesterday and was told the same exact thing. Well today I brought my daughter in to this branch to open the account and was told that she now needed a letter from her guidance counselor. Not only is this unheard of and complete nonsense but had they told me this to begin with I would have attempted to get it but they also made me waste 3 trips. They are always a pleasure to deal with and get me in and out of there without any BS. These folks are my style, straight to the point. They don't drive me crazy with banking crap that makes my head hurt and if I do need to ask a question, they are happy to explain it to me like a 5-year-old. They never even laugh at the dozens of dollars I have in my accounts! (Sometimes I ask for my withdrawals in all singles, so it looks like more)
Typically, not a fan of banks or anything to do with money so the fact that I like this place says a lot. Good job folks, let me know if you decide to sell ice cream, I will be first in line.
Take...

Two additional tellers were called in to untangle this mess while the patrons waiting on line were urged to be patient. The teller’s sad defense was that it was a “system error” when the only error was...
