I had a very good experience with the salespeople and delivery people from Mattress Warehouse. Jeff didn't laugh at me when I told him that I put towels under my old mattress to fix sagging. He was thoughtful and helpful. He explained the background of the company. He listened to me describe the horrible issues I had with mattress purchasing in the past (never could get a firm enough mattress). We tried mattresses from the cheapest available to those on the high end. He and Rosanne worked on getting the price where I was comfortable. It even had interest free financing for 1 year.
