Ari went through my bedroom closet when I was moving and accepted coats, designer suits, pants, tops, shoes and dresses. She took a few pieces that she wanted from our basement storage as well as some brand new items, never worn with tags. After a year of holding these items and selling just a few she shipped them back in torn boxes haphazardly taped together. Everything smelled and had some form of dirt rubbed into it. She has refused to refund me for any of the dry cleaning for even brand new items that she had claimed to be able to sell in days. Arielle did a wonderful job selling my clothing & purses. I loved working with her; it was easy and fun. And, she got me some great $$ for them! It was so much easier than selling myself on Posh or Mercari. Also, her stores are AMAZING! Great inventory… new stuff daily and always a variety of sizes and styles. I have both bought and sold through Ari’s Closet and would highly recommend! Some stores in Southampton can seem snooty but I always feel welcome here. She knows her designer goods (including real from fake) and is realistic about pricing and whether something will sell. And I love that she knows her inventory really well as well as my taste and size so she can quickly recommend items to me, which I usually end up buying.
