We had an extremely rude, abusive and inconsiderate treatment by the front desk worker in this store-unlike anything we have ever experienced.
My wife and I were treated like absolute garbage.
We went to return an item, waited an inordinate time while the worker did nothing but just make us wait. We then were very polite to the individual.
The worker intentionally made my wife and I wait and then he asked us for money for a little piece of tape.
To put it bluntly, the worker was rude, abusive, inconsiderate and not customer service-oriented and then attempted to extort us for a small piece of tape.
We will be making this report to UPS Corporate m as well.
We were courteous and respectful and the man at the counter was simply looking to cause trouble with a horrible attitude and demeanor.
You could just see he has a big chip on his shoulder.

I paid the UPS delivery charges ($10). When I picked it up, less than 24 hours after it was delivered, I was charged, by UPS, a storage fee. It was $15 for 6 bottles of wine. When I said I thought the charge was unfair, and I planned to take it up with UPS, the clerks said "we have nothing to do with UPS." They explained that they are independent franchise.
