This location has some of the rudest people i've ever seen in customer service. I usually drive all the way to Haverstraw and Pomona or even Garnerville just to not go here. Linda and another woman cannot remember their names were so rude to me today; it took them over 15 minutes at the drive thru just to make a cash deposit for me. I thought it would help the process for them bc I keep deposit slips in my car and had that ready I only needed a pen to fill it out, but they took 5 min to come to the window 1st of all, another 5 min to get me a pen to fill it out, they left the window again; and other 5 to come back and get the slip back from me. After that it was another 10min to return finally with my receipt. It really makes a customer feel unimportant and like they are an inconvenience when you neither greet/nor show attentiveness to your client and keep leaving the window as if I am inconveniencing you.I then looked inside to see if there was only 1 person working there but there was not. I always have a bad experience here, they are rude never say hi how are you good morning/good afternoon/have a nice day. But I did not feel like driving all around because of the bad weather. I will not come back to this location. I think Chase needs to give this branch a seminar / training in manners and customer service. When the person finally returned with my receipt they did not EVEN apologize for the wait, in fact she gave me a sarcastically toned "Here you go" with a grin. I was so annoyed 20 min to make a deposit without an apology for the wait? Never coming here again. This is the only chase ive ever had a bad experience. Even in NYC they are so nice and they are busier than anyone....
Read moreI would run from this location as i did but my mother who is over 80 still banks with Chase but will soon end do to the poor customer service at this location. My mother went to this location to report fraudulent activity on her account ( someone took close to 10k out of her account and were going back for another 5k.). The women who met my mother was very demeaning and not helpful with our situation. She told us there was nothing she could do. We requested to shut her account down and open a new one. she did not suggest to call fraud protection or any other helpful hints on how to try and recover the money. It was only 24-48 since the money was missing , Fraud protection of chase was at least helpful in getting us on track towards a claim.
