Person at front desk was snappy when I came in with my son asking if I had an appointment. I explained that I was actually coming in to ask if we need one. She said we could check in and would be a 45 min wait. I was ok with that but then I was hearing how she was speaking to the ppl waiting in the waiting room and the gentle man who was checking in. I said to my son I hope she’s not the one taking the blood she seemed irritated and had no patience. No one likes to get blood taken and wants to feel comfortable with the person doing it. I heard her say someone’s name your next and went to the back. My son and I decided to leave once we realized she was the one drawing the blood. Never again will we go their. Read moreI'm so glad I took a chance and went to this location for my blood work. I don't understand all the negative reviews. I made an appointment for 9:45 am on a Monday. I parked in front and was able to check in from my phone, at 9:40. I was texted to come in 3 or 4 minutes later. Walked in and was told to go right to the room. The wonderful nurse, Marcelle was amazing. Super nice, and my mind was blown when she was able to get the vein the first time. I've had my blood drawn many times in the past few years and it's never in my life been this easy. I couldn't believe it.
I was in and out of there within five minutes.
She did explain to me that a lot of people are awaiting they don't make appointments... This causes a lot of back log for customers. The appointment was super easy I made it online everybody should do that before going...

They wouldn’t get out of their chairs to help patients with check in process. Not everyone is tech savvy and people can be intimidated by electronics. One woman spoke no English and staff was extremely rude to her. She said she would go to new lab in Haverstraw instead and left. Know your clientele...very large Hispanic community and it would help if there was at one employee who spoke Spanish.
