Pizzarena — Restaurant in Town of Stony Point

Was looking for a new pizza place in the area and I decided to order food here as soon as I call I can barely understand anyone on the phone people talking over the person taking my order. I didn’t think much of it since it is a busy time for any restaurant. I was told 45 minutes to an hour for a pie of pizza and egg plant parm. An hour goes by and still haven’t decided my order. So I decided to call to ask how long It would take and they immediately hung up on me and I call again and I still can’t hear what they are saying. 1 hour and 30 mins later my food finally arrives mind you I am only 3.4 miles away from the pizza place. When the food arrived it looks great. As soon as I took a bite into my egg plant parm food was cold. Same goes...

I was looking up the website and found a menu for them in there pictures. So I called and ordered a 25 buffalo wings thinking that I would be paying 17.50$ When my husband went to pick up the order he was charge 33.35$ for 25 buffalo wings. He ask about the price and showed them the menu picture and they had no idea what he was talking about😡. I’m sure this is not the first time this has happen. If this menu is incorrect they should have Google take off this picture. It is misleading and a rip off. The wings were ok I’ve had better, I also cut my finger opening up the big aluminum tray they came in. Over all not a good experience. Will not be ordering anything...

I was visiting from Minnesota over the holidays and was told I had to try New York Pizza. My daughter's fiance recommended this place. First of all, I was appalled to see that the employees were neither gloved, or masked as they stood making people's food, and TALKING OVER IT - so in essence, spitting on it. During a pandemic? REALLY?? It's a tiny place, and was very busy and we stood and were ignored by the staff while waiting to pick up our pizza. It took 15 or 20 minutes for them to even acknowledge us.
