I was referred to Limary through a friend because I had been struggling with my skin. My skin is super sensitive, and almost every single skincare product I’ve used has irritated my skin. Normally when I use any skincare product I’ll break out into a rash, hives or pimples. I had noticed recently I was starting to get a really bad rash around my mouth and nose area. No matter what I used it would not go away. My skin was burning, dry and inflamed. It was so dry to the point my skin was flaking off. I was upset and didn’t know what to do. I had a consultation and facial with Limary and she told me I had eczema and the products I was using was causing the irritation. She walked me through the whole process and explained each product to me. She also explained to me what I should and shouldn’t be doing according to my skin. After the facial I left with practically brand new skin and I was glowing. She used the Hale & Hush products on my face and I was in amazement. Honestly I wanted to like this place but I just can’t say I had the best experience. Not the friendliest or warmest of welcomes. And absolutely no provision for COVID. I had been exposed to COVID and unfortunately didn’t find out until the day of my appointment. I called to try and figure something out and was immediately given an attitude. My apologies for having a kid who unfortunately had an encounter with a positive kids in her class. I was frazzled and obviously worried, scrambling for a home test, and calling anyone we came in contact with. The owner could have been more understanding about the cancellation policy in light of the unforeseen circumstance. I’m not asking for a free handout but to be charged for the whole appointment when an obvious emergency came up wasn’t the customer care I was expecting. The first thing I noticed about the office is how clean it was! I got lost on the way to the office but she was very helpful with getting there! She was very gentle and did a quick review of my face before she started. She went over the products I used and gave me some good advice on when to use certain products vs when to use others. She was extremely nice and had very clean hands. I even bought a moisturizer from her & so far it has been working wonders for my face leaving me with a nice glow.
