Called in at 11:07 Order 2 sandwiches, (was told 15 minutes) I get there talk to the guy at pick up, he told me they were a bit busy and it should still be out shortly, pretty understandable but,

20 minutes later I asked another guy about the order, he went and checked, the girl in the back said it was in her hands.

Another 15 minutes later I get my sandwiches and they’re cold. I’ve been coming here all my life and I’ve never had an issue. I just moved back into town and yall have seriously went down hill.

Usually when you get a cooked sandwich the cheese is melted and the bacon isn’t cold and somehow completely over cooked like I’m biting into a rock. I’m highly disappointed, you really need to blow me out of the water to get my business back.

For $12 this was horrendous, and from a business perspective I feel entirely ripped off from my food being still cold, to the fact that I hate to wait nearly and hour for 2 sandwiches. I watched over 2 dozen people walk in, order and then receive their food with in 15 minutes. It’s honestly pretty pathetic. I’ve never seen Deli Central as bad...

Not what it’s used to be even since the last time I’ve been there slightly over a year ago. Ordered a SOBO and French toast. Was told I would be given French toast sticks but it was regular French toast sliced bread wish was what I wanted anyways. The food tasted reheated/ microwaved for lack of better terms. The French toast definitely wasnt made fresh , the bread on the sobo was not fresh at all and I ordered at 5:30 am and had a bite of each in the car. Service was good as there was no one else there but me. My favorite thing and the reason I came was for the half & half I’ve had for about a decade now having went to school in rockland. Unfortunately it was watered down and either didn’t have enough lemon/lemonade or just didn’t have any at all … wasn’t all that sweet either. Just tasted like an extremely refreshing slightly sweet flavored water so I wasn’t as disappointed but I’m definitely tasting it before I leave next time if I ever come back. Definitely could have gone to any deli/ bagel place or even McDonalds for a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and gotten a much fresher tasting food as far as the quality of...

Have been coming here for years. Place is awful now. Ordered two breakfast platters. With eggs over easy. And when I got home they forgot the toast, and the eggs were so overcooked. No big deal, I ate it.

Next weekend, let me give them another try. Order the same breakfasts. Get it back home and the toast is black. Burnt beyond being edible. I'm so angry, I drive back. Wait in line, get up to the counter and open the containers of my two breakfasts and show them to the guy and he says What? You ordered toast didn't you? I said I didn't order black toast! I can not eat this, I wouldn't give this to my dog.. he says so what do you want to do? I said I want a refund......

See here is the deal. Two platters. Two orange juices. Two coffees. Cost me $30.00 rather then throw the 40cents of burnt toast in the garbage and re do it, you gave me the black burnt toast and took my $30.00 and sent me on my way.
