Manager Alberto and Cashier Carmen would extremely patient and helpful in facilitating a very complicated order for a zero turn mower. I was trying to capitalize on a financing promo and the clock was ticking on expiration of the offer, so it was urgemt i get the order in. The unit was several thousand dollars, so the financing deal was contingent for purchase. Alberto stayed well past his shift to make sure everything went through despite technical challenges with ordering. Carmen was also bery helpful and patient. At no time did either employee lose their cool and they were pleasant and professional. VERY DECENT STORE FOR ORDERING THINGS RELATED TO POULTRY AND LIVESTOCK FOR MY COUSINS WHO LIVE ON SMALL FARMS OVERSEAS. HAVEN'T BEEN INSIDE THE STORE YET BUT MY FRIEND WHO PICKS UP MY ORDERS LIVES A HALF HOUR AWAY FROM THE STORE. HE DOESN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS OR HASSLES GETTING MY THINGS. THIS IS A LARGE SPRAWLING SINGLE FLOOR STORE THAT CAN GO TOE TO TOE WITH A HOME DEPOT STORE ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. MY FRIEND WENT THERE A WEEK AGO TO TAKE HIS TIME TO LOOK AROUND, SAYS THERE'S PLENTY OF THINGS TO LOOK AROUND FOR PETS - USUAL CATS AND DOGS ALONG WITH LIVESTOCK SUPPLIES.
