Marshalls — Local services in Town of Thompson

I want to say how disappointed I am in this company!!!! How they allow people to come in and steal every single night… Not one night goes by that they do not have security after 6 o’clock at night tonight I watched five people rob the store within 20 minutes. The employee can’t do anything about it 3 of us called the cops and 911 when this was going on . Not only did they come right in and take what they wanted and were not stopped at all they were going around the store so fast pushing people and not one employee was aloud to call the cops .. I have so much more to say . I do believe this is something that the news needs to get involved with.. shame on you,...

Absolutely terrible service from the staff, condescending and rude. Shopped today 9/27 with a person with a disability using a cart from another store (with permission) and Marshall’s employee advised us to leave and the outside cart was a liability. Advised we had authorization, and took it further. We were allowed to access store with cart borrowed, but only after asking to see their policy and them acknowledging they were not handicap...

Marshalls seems to be down sizing their supplies as at one time the stores carried a much more wider range of items as opposed to today and this may be due to pandemic and fuel costs but outside of clothing the stores are now lacking many of the household products we used to get for cheap and it also appears that the shoe department has shrunken as well with almost no clearance isles and half the supplies they...
