I bought my wife’s wedding band and engagement ring here before our wedding. Both rings were very narrow after resizing them. I gave them the rings to polish before our wedding. The night I got the engagement ring back the diamond fell out. I had no problems with it the entire year I had it before the cleaning. I brought the ring back and asked what they could do for me to get a diamond and fix the prongs. They told me it was my fault the ring was stepped on and that’s why the diamond fell out ( the ring was not stepped on). It was narrow since the day they resized it. Instead of helping me get another diamond they tried to sell me a much smaller one instead. Obviously I wanted the same diamond that was in it previously. They would not budge in helping me out at all even though after they tampered with the ring I had issues with it. I went in to potentially buy a bracelet, told the older man and he showed me what he had. I was interested in a bracelet but it happened to be a females bracelet. I told him I do not discriminate as long as it is to my liking. For some reason it bothered him that I was interested in a females bracelet but the damn thing was perfect. Anyways, he basically refused to sell it to me and that left me with a BAD taste. Business is business and I’m pretty sure that’s what keeps businesses alive. I ended up getting mad and just walked out bc the old man couldn’t fathom that I was so interested in what I wanted. I brought in my chain, that I’ve had since I was 16. It needed to be repaired where it got snagged and broke apart. Just welded or soddered at the link. I pick it up and started crying! It looks like it was ran over. Multiple links were bent and flattened near the repair like they used pliers to squeeze and hold it down! I was and am so upset! I asked the KID who fixed it if he went to school for this and he said he learned on the job!? I asked if they can send it out to be fixed by a professional and was told they don’t do that.
