Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Thompson

I love Taco Bell but I always have problems with the Monticello location. Between not making the food items correctly, extremely long wait times (when they are not busy and plenty staffed), or just forgetting multiple items. I am usually quite good about checking my order before I leave to make sure everything is there (and usually it isn’t), but today sent me over the edge. A coworker was out in the area and was picking up her lunch and asked me if I wanted anything so I placed an online order for me and a few other coworkers to have her pick up. She claims that when she got there they had argued with her because “she didn’t look like a Tanner”. Obviously if someone comes in right after an order was placed with the name of the person who placed it they clearly are the person who is supposed to be picking the order up. Also say the order was placed and a guy was there to pick it up since it’s a male name no one would bat an eye, this logic just doesn’t make sense to me. Then they had told her that I didn’t order any drinks (which I did, I ordered 3) and sent her on her way. When she got back to the office with the food I realized there were no sauces in the bag, they were missing another food item and the spicy potato soft taco only contained the sauce and potato no lettuce or cheese. I really enjoy Taco Bell but this is the only location within 45 minutes of my house so it’s not worth traveling all that way to eat there. I would love to continue visiting but it’s not worth it when I’m going to get half my order and the other half is made incorrectly. Please do better so that I can continue to...

This is by far the worst Taco Bell in New York State. I have literally never once come to this Taco Bell and the order be done correctly the first time. At this point I EXPECT to leave feeling unsatisfied. Workers are extremely unprofessional; loudly complaining about customers, having to remake orders or having to work in general. The dining room was a mess. MAYBE one to two tables looked clean enough to eat off of, otherwise the tables were disgusting. They had obviously not been cleaned in some time. The drink area looked as though it hadn't been cleaned since that morning, or possibly yesterday. It was a complete catastrophe. The floor was riddled with trash and bits of food. Behind the counter in the kitchen I could see a pile of trash that had been swept up but not put in the garbage, and it appeared nobody was making an effort to do so. The bathroom was out of toilet paper, and every single item in my order was either wrong, burnt or tasted disgusting. It would also appear that some individuals who work at this particular Taco Bell completely ignore item modifications. So watch out if you happen to be allergic to anything or are vegan. They might straight up not make what you ordered! So check your food carefully if you happen to make the mistake of eating here. It appeared as though every inch of this Taco Bell was neglected much needed cleaning. It really is simply one of the worst fast food restaurants I have...

No music playing inside, not one person greeted us when we walked inside. We waited at the counter for service for 3 minutes and went without acknowledgment. We ended up using the self ordering terminal. Once we were about to pay a rude woman turned the corner and barked that half of our order was not available. We changed our order and paid. Waiting approximately 6 minutes with no word of our food a team member walked out and let us know they didn’t have another piece of our order and offered to sub it out for another. Come to find out a minute later that the offered substitute item was not available either. The staff seemed to think it was quite funny, once we got our food, our un cut quesadilla was thrown carelessly on top of our squishy hard tacos and we did not receive our drinks. Needless to say this was a horrible, unsatisfying and disappointing visit...
