Dec 2020 takeout. Food was ready as estimated.

[FOOD] A bit saucier than my liking but definitely that Chinese-American (aka not traditional Chinese cuisine) taste.

Dumplings were as expected with the super thick skin. Chicken wings were nice and crispy despite 30 minute car ride.

General Tso Chicken ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - in between a crispy and soggy state. As expected especially after a car ride. If it was crispy—that would’ve been great. Has a slight spiciness so a bit different than other places.

Hot and sour soup ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - had this twice in a week. Good flavor and the ingredients were plentiful that each scoop has more than just soup.

Stir fry string beans ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - not as oily but definitely needed...

Racist rude Chinese lady who toke my food order over the phone and in person. I don’t see her talk to other people like that and the only difference was that I was black. She said goodbye so many times and charged me 30 something dollars just for two chicken wing orders that come with fried rice and a Snapple not a lot of food. I feel bad for the chefs because they seemed like they wanted me to enjoy my food. She forgot my drink and acted like I was a peasant we had to laugh in her face because she was ridiculous the person I was with...

I am on a gluten free diet so I am very limited on the dishes I can choose from. I explained this to the staff and they were very understanding and we're able to offer me several things that were prepared without gluten. I have eaten for years here without any negative reactions due to gluten or gluten contamination. I enjoy the chow fun and even the spare ribs (which is a rarity BC most time Chinese ribs are loaded with a gluten laden sauce). I totally would recommend these dishes and...
