This place is a joke, first of all my friend and I placed an order for pick up 3 hours in advance & we said that we would be there by 1:40 to pick it up. We get in at 1:46 and we look at the pick up area and nothing was there so we go over to the counter and the lady was helping someone else ahead of us and she was moving super slow and then finally about six or seven minutes later she comes over and asks what our names are and we tell her and she’s like oh OK hold on, two minutes later she pulls out our two sandwiches that we ordered slammed them on the counter. She was not polite and was completely unhelpful. I have never seen a person in the food/customer service industry move so slowly… Like a sloth. I also want to mention that it was completely dead in there so no excuse for our stuff to not be ready. Also my friend ordered a churro and it was rock hard and she couldn’t eat it and she tried banging it on the table to see if it would break but no luck…...
Read moreI placed my order for delivery as I have multiple times in the past on the subway app. My order was being prepared for 45mins and then was canceled I didn’t know until I just so happened to check the status. In the cancellation email I was told to call the restaurant and when called it goes straight to voicemail not being able to speak to anyone. Finally an hour and a half later the owner Carrie called and was very unprofessional. Told me that I was wrong that they don’t do deliveries when I have ordered on the app and have been delivered to multiple times in the past. She didn’t provide an adequate resolution to the problem and kept telling me how wrong I was. Finally she told me another number to text my receipt to and that she would “try” and figure out what went wrong. Read moreNO COUPONS ACCEPTED!! As I've said in my other review for this same location the owner chooses not to. It's not because he can't scan one without a bar code. I'm not sure why he has two accounts for the same location both on here and Yelp other than trying to fool customers into thinking one with better ratings is the location in question. I get awesome text offers but sadly have to drive out to Liberty or Ellenville in order to use them. The few dollars extra in gas could've justified buying another item from this location but I refuse to out of principle.
