The young man there named Chanceler deserves recognition and most definitely deserves a raise and or promotion. To start this was 3rd Verizon I visited today. To give a little back story the first 2 Verizon I went to, each had at least 3 employees and no customers in the store. I was having issues with my iPhone and was looking for help. The first 2 Verizons simply told me to call tech support. Didn't even bother asking what was wrong or they would know I couldn't "simply call". I was ready to call Verizon quits and switch to maybe Tmobile. However on my way to t-mobile I saw a busy Verizon. I figured they would be helpful considering they were busy. they must do good work. Wow was I blown away. 1 Employee and a good 15 customers and this kid multi tasked like no tomorrow. Had 3 customer at separate desks all doing separate things and STILL had time to greet and HELP me. While taking care of other customers. Could of thought he was a robot. To top it off a Nast women was in there complaining that he was the only one working. Young man smiles apologize and acknowledge her concerns he even went above and beyond to estimate he'd be able to squeeze another customer in in about 5 minutes and sure enough he did. I watched 1 kid handle what most people would have walked out on. And to do it all while smiling. Read moreToday, we were looking to upgrade our cable boxes. We were instructed by the Verizon customer service representative online to visit any one of our local Verizon locations to pick up the boxes. Once we arrived to your 3600 Delaware Ave location, we brought in our old boxes as instructed. We were asked for our order number which was then given to your associate Ryan. After Ryan had received the information, he then denied our request for our new boxes, after being told they were available for pickup today. We were told that we had to wait approximately 3 additional weeks to receive the order that we had just placed only a few hours prior via online. After receiving that news, we were told multiple times that we could not be further assisted today from Ryan and walked out the door. We then traveled a few miles up the road to your 2290 Delaware Ave location where we were assisted by their team in a very professional and helpful manner, after just receiving 0 star service only minutes ago. I'm sad to say that we will not be returning to your location any time soon and will clearly make the better decision to visit the alternate location as they were much, much, much, more helpful. Read moreWent in with my wife back in September to trade in our phones. We both upgraded our phones the same exact day, had our new phones on the same exact receipt and received them the same day. My wife received a trade in credit for her line but I never did. I kept going back to rectify the situation and was told that their store manager was at a different location. I went in two different times and both workers claimed to have emailed the manager and that they need her to override and fix this problem. The manager never got back to me after more phone calls. I kept being told by the associates that she would reach out and that I needed to wait until the next billing cycle for it to go through. It is now 6 months later and a DM finally got back to me and directed me to the Customer Service Line for Russell Cellular. They told me that they never received my phone, that there is no paper trail of an upgrade (even though I have a receipt with both our numbers on it AND I have the new phone) nor is there camera footage of me leaving my phone behind (there was a camera right above the desk we were being helped at).
