I normally would not leave a negative review, nor would I mention names as I would never want to interfere with someone's livelihood, however... Ness is the only person that I've ever encountered that shouldn't be a manager or a starbucks employee. She was rude to me when I didn't know the exact name of my coffee (pikes roast) and she was sarcastically mean to the co workers in front of customers. I also waited for a simple pour from a pre-made vat while the 3 people after me got there elaborate drinks before me that arrived after me. Maybe because my coffee was only $5 instead $14? But I digress. Ness went on break with a friend and sat there talking about her Co workers in a not so nice way and eating outside food with whom I can only assume is her lover. Read moreI was in this Starbucks about a week ago and a customer came in and was incredibly belligerent with an employee. He threw his drink at the employee and was incredibly rude. I then heard the employee that had the drink thrown at them ask for their manager’s help, as the manager was sitting in the seated area for customers. I then watched the manager, I believe their name was Taylor, look up at the situation, say nothing, and look back down at their laptop. I felt immensely unsafe and can’t imagine how that employee felt having a drink thrown at them. I will not be returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either. With the manager making it apparent they don’t take situations like this seriously, who knows what else may happen. I provided my personal cup and just wanted and ice water when the barista proceeds to say is it dirty I can’t take a dirty cup, shocking me cus no barista has ever said that I always bring a cup. Like I said I was just getting an ice water, I already put in a mobile order and as I’m waiting for my order my water was taking entirely too long. I politely asked another barista if she can fill my ice water I even called her honey and she was rude as well I said ice water loud enough she goes and asks what am I putting in water ? And Ice?
