If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The people that work here for the pharmacy are a joke. They never answer the phone. The pharmacists are rude and disrespectful and know nothing. They did have a few good employees for the pharmacy that knew what they were doing but I have not seen them recently. I constantly have to go to this pharmacy to pick up my wife's and sons medicine, and always have a problem with the medications not being filled or trying to use the good rx card when they are not considered a controlled substance and being told that it's out of stock and they refuse to order it. I have had conversations with the pharmacist Justin on several occasions. And to be polite. He is very rude and disrespectful and knows nothing of his profession. In the same note, he likes to overstep and thinks that he knows better than the doctors prescribing the medication. If I was able to fire every single person that works at the pharmacy excluding Mateo I wish I could. And I understand they are taking on new clients from rite aid. But this has happened before rite aid closed. So it is not the reason why the incompetency has gotten worse. Everyone needs to report Justin, the pharmacist and also I believe her name is Haley. Read moreI been a customer of this Walgreens since 2017! Never had issues in the pharmacy until recently! Granted there has been staff changes with new faces! Comes with the territory! Jett, the pharmacist has always and still is a pleasure! Very patient and kind! I had a bad experience with Kayla the assistant when I visited the pharmacy a week ago! Very bad attitude!!! just yesterday I experienced another bad experience with Tammy Brenon the pharmacist! I had came 3 times for a prescription that was supposed to be called in for a surgery I just had done earlier that day. I was told the I would receive a tex once it was completed! NEVER RECEIVED THE TEXT! arrived the third time only to be told the prescription needed prior authorization, and it wasn’t in stock! I asked why wasn’t i called, no one had an answer. I can see the assistant that was assisting me through the drive thru window trying to askTAMMY about the situation. Read moreRecently we got my dad’s pain medication filled through them. They shorted us 81 pills. We did not notice as he recently received a new med after being hospitalized for the last week. Upon noticing the next day when we were about to cal his md to see about the meds as he takes it 3 times a day and we were confused we noticed that this controlled substance said 90 pills. When calling the pharmacy they refused to do anything until Monday when the manager was available to be in. Which means by that point he will have taken his last dose and then we would have to wait until they do an investigation to determine the next steps. In the meantime a man with extreme pain would have to suffer?? No one there was willing to help. If getting controlled substances I would highly recommend before leaving to count every last pill as they will basically tell you tough luck. This medication is not something that should be taken likely when they have gone missing. These are meds that should be taken seriously when someone states they are short.
