I went on a Sunday evening and experienced good, and prompt curbside service. I got the chicken sandwich because the grilled cheese was sold out. Then, something else on menu was also sold out. Hmph. The chicken sandwich tasted ok ; however, it was very small and unremarkable in taste for the crazy hefty price. $13.00 and something cents. I'd rather go to Arby's or Burger King and save the money than pay twice the price for pretty much same tasting sandwich. I don't normally go to Panera but I had a gift card this time so i used it. I found it convenient to order online and then to park in one of designated well marked spots , The order wasbrought out to me in time quoted. My son says there's a drive -thru but it wasn't visible from the Panera building or from the the parking lot in front or on side of the restaurant. Very confusing because there is a drive-thru sign with an arrow on it but then no more signs after I followed it so I couldn't locate where or IF it was for Panera at all or another business drive-thru. Apparently, you need to drive very far away from Panera and then go around other businesses to access that, my son later told me but yes indeed there is one. Wish I knew before but like I said, very unclear if you're not in the know. I have gone inside to eat in the past at another Panera location, the one in Amherst, Target plaza , and yes although soup and other foods on menu enticing , still way too expensive and unmemorable in my opinion to pay steep prices for food so easily...
Read moreFirst time going to Panera. I know right it's crazy. Panerai been around for quite a bit I'd say, but I never gotten around to it till now!
My friend got a bread bowl with broccoli and cheddar soup! It's her fave thing to get. Also she had the Mac and cheese.
My first order was the barbecue chicken sandwich (half) with Mac and cheese and some chips. I was dismayed at it due to the lack of meat. Apparently, with hot sandwiches at panera, they require workers to only put 1 scoop of ingredients on the sandwiches for halves so consequently it looks like toast featuring the meat.
However, the manager was very nice and understanding and made me a different sandwich instead because of my dissatisfaction of the sandwich. Very great customer service and kind workers. I really appreciate it! The turkey and cheddar sandwich was good!
The Mac and cheese was rich and homey! I highly recommend it if you're gonna get anything from.panera it's gotta be the Mac and cheese!
My friend and.i both enjoyed the lavender lemonade ! Very Very good I also recommend that for drinks!
Lastly, I had the brownie which was good! Sorry I didn't take a photo of it! Overall, great experience!...
Read moreOne of the worst service we saw. We ordered one Broccoli Cheddar soup, creamy tomato soup in a bread bowl. The bread we got on side was cold and hard like a rock. I asked to toast it at the kitchen, but their reply was we don’t do that here and you can do it on your own in the Owen. I didn’t even bother asking my bread bowl at this point. I expected a bit more from Panera regarding their customer service. Didn’t feel welcomed at all. And we were still eating around 8:50PM and one of the employee came in and said we have to leave in 5 minutes, but came back in 2 minutes asking to leave, We were half a way eating. This is very not ok. We had to carry half food in our hand and leave the place. He mentioned it is a corporate policy. Is this how corporate of Panera asking their employees to treat customers?? Very badly treated and extremely...
