My first review was that I was frustrated with a business that does not adhere to posted hours, but the delicious chocolate— so decadently and surprisingly excellent in every possible way calmed me down. But, today, they screwed up my family’s Christmas with their non-attentive delivery service. I wanted my order sent next week and I chose that option on the site. It was sent last night meaning my dad gets Christmas before my mom gets her birthday. I called and rather than acknowledging the oversite and making it right, they argue the point. We got a trial box at an event and their chocolate is absolutely to die for! I love chocolate, but I am very picky. I grew up in Europe and am used to excellent smooth European chocolate products. But I can say that this stuff, if doesn't top it all, then it is definitely on the same level with the best of the best. I just wish it would be more affordable so I can purchase...
