Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Verona

Skip the spicy Korean noodles. It is literally spaghetti noodles with gochujang. Real "it's Friday night and I'm too tired to buy groceries" vibes. I don't eat out very much, and I'd like to get something better than what I can make at home when I do--or at least something better than combining the last two things in the fridge. This dish is a real disappointment. Hardly any veggies in it either, which is nuts to me because veggies are so cheap. At least give me some cabbage to distract me from the awful noodles. If you have to eat here, just get the Mac and cheese. And yeah, I know it's a chain, but they're not charging fast food prices. You should get a decent meal for what they're charging. And if they can't offer some udon or just some simple rice noodles for a reasonable price, they shouldn't put this dish on the menu at all. Edit: staff were super friendly, no complaints about...

I ordered the Japanese pan noodles. I would never order this again. Advertised as caramelized Udon noodles in a sweet soy sauce with broccoli, mushrooms, and carrots. I added marinated steak, it was supposed to compliment this bowl, and sounded like a good idea. The noodles were not caramelized. The sweet soy sauce was tasteless and bland. Broccoli was undercooked. Mushrooms were substituted for snap peas, which were the best part of the bowl. The marinated steak was chewy and tough. I didn't enjoy having to stop eating multiple times to pull tough, chewy, and hard pieces of steak out of my mouth and set aside. The pile grew and grew since the beginning of the meal. Not really mad but kinda weirded out/slightly irritated cuz you guys always do something off. I order here frequently because of where I work and 80% of the time something is missing. Or I get an excessive amount of forks and no knifes.. legit 2 separate times I asked for 2 sets of plasticware..(a set is fork and knife) and some reason they legit put 6 forks in my bag and not one knife????? Other times when I ask for extra I’ll get legit nothing. This time I ask for an extra pot sticker soy sauce (cuz it’s just not enough or it’s not handled with care and the sauce is spilled over in the bag. ) and I didn’t get the extra…and again this one is spilled over a bit in the bag.
