Today (July 9, 2025) I ordered two black bean crunchwraps with no cheese or sour cream (I am vegan and don’t eat meat or dairy). I confirmed the order on the screen said black bean crunchwraps, and even confirmed the order sticker on the bag said black bean crunchwraps. When I got them home and bit into one, IT WAS FULL OF MEAT. Checked the second one—ALSO FULL OF MEAT. I had to go back to the store to get a refund—they couldn’t process it over the phone—so I wasted my entire lunch break.
I’m usually not one to leave reviews like this, but today was the final straw. This location has messed up my order MULTIPLE times, usually by putting cheese on even when I ask them not to. And each time, I’ve been patient and driven back to the store to get my food remade. I’ve never had this problem at any other Taco Bell location and I eat at Taco Bell fairly often (it is a reliable place for vegan options and most other fast food place aren’t). I usually go to this location because it is closer, but never again—with the time I wasted driving back over there and waiting for them to process my refund I could have gone to the McKee or Mineral Point Road locations and gotten...
Read moreThe food is Tacobell, I've no issue with that. It's the sauce packets - I never seem to get any. Drive through, you have to ask at the window when paying or risk not getting any (even if you ordered via drive through ordering device). Door dash, even if you order sauce packets on the app - You won't get the sauce packets. Are they forgetful or stingy about the sauce packs? I'm not sure but eating something without the sauce just won't work.
Edit: Update. Been a long time since I door dashed me some Taco Bell. So, I decided to go in, instead. Still no sauce even in drive thru. I give up on this Taco Bell.
Edit: Update. Ordered from here just to test if we could get sauces.
Order number 907615. Result: no sauce packets.
I let their manager know why Google has 1 star reviews on her store via phone call. She was nice about it and and will talk to her team, but this review will stay until change occurs.

Read moreUpdate: I was here today with a mobile order and paid for double chicken in my bowl, they were out of chicken so I said steak was fine, my bowl looks horrendous and is missing the sauce I paid for. Picture below. I was here tonight and paid for my items... When I got home 23 mins away I was missing 1 item. Called and spoke with the 'manager' who said they took my order and said I didn't pay for all my items therefore I did not get all my items (I ordered 2 quesadillas no sauce, a #2 and a #7. I paid for all those items and was missing 1 quesadilla. They said I was a a liar or need to bring the receipt there for proof. Not worth it as its 23 minutes 1 way from there to my house..
