I fell in love with a dress that was no longer available for online shipping and couldn't be found in any nearby Kohl's stores. After conducting numerous searches over the course of several days, I eventually managed to locate one at the Victor Kohl's store. Before making the trip, I called to verify they actually had the dress in stock and a delightful lady named Theresa not only confirmed via the computer but also took the initiative to locate it on the sales floor and set it aside for me. I happily made the 40 minute trip and easily found Theresa within the women's department. Her exceptional customer service skills and my overwhelming excitement led me to embrace her as a gesture of gratitude. Though this might have appeared slightly eccentric, Theresa remained composed and maintained her high level of professionalism and kindness without missing a beat.

This is the most dreadful type of place to be in. A boring, uninspired, amalgamation of drop ceiling, steel studs, and dry wall. Filled to the brim with Product ™. I don’t even know what the appeal of this place is. You’re paying more for stuff that wouldn’t last more than a few months. This store is almost all the worst parts of the American shopping experience rolled into one, only outclassed by Walmart. Location? Middle of no where, surrounded by a dessert of parking lots. I love the deals I can get it Kohl's. The thing that really upset me recently is I had a 30% coupon. I purposely bought the item for the 30% off and then I had some Kohl's cash. They only had one of the item left and I needed to. They did not discount me the 30% and then leave what I had left in Kohl's cash. What they do is they take the closed cash first and then they gave me a percentage on the $3 I had left. Now if they have the two items available I would have gotten more for my Kohl's cash.
