qen to buy a new pair of hiking/trail shoes. prices were decent, but the availability of sizes and styles in the store was mediocre at best. I found something that would suffice for a short term solution. but when I got to check out their registers were down. the staff at the front of the store was incapable of processing even cash purchases for the better part of an hour. they finally agreed to take cash purchases, but could not create a hand written receipt or figure out sales tax without the aide of the register. even counting back change was difficult for them. retail sales requires at the very least an understanding of how to process a cash sale, calculate sales tax, make change and provide proper documentation of sale. the manager never showed up to the registers until I was leave. not sure I would go back here unless I was dire needs for over and...

Manager was extremely rude to me and another customer! We simply asked if we could use the fitting rooms but not only did he make it clear that they were only interested in creating less work for themselves but he was so mean about it! He had a sarcastic attitude that really was not appreciated. I understand sierra may have rules about the store and I would of thought he could have at least explained it with more professionalism and empathy. I left without buying anything since I was so deterred by his attitude. I pause and wonder- if this is supposed to be the image and leader for other employees , what type of example is he setting? Maybe a bit more customer service education would benefit...

Will never step foot in this location again! I waddled my pregnant self into the store desperately hoping to find a last minute pair of snow boots. As I entered the store not one of the 4 employees that stood at the front of the store even bothered to say hello. While looking at the shoes I notice that an employee has made their way over and hovering around the area where I’m looking which made me uncomfortable. Even though I saw a pair of boots I like I was too uncomfortable to bother trying them on and ended up leaving. Not only was I not greeted I was then followed around as I attempted to shop. Overall...
