Ok let me tell you a little bit about my experience. Let me start by saying I am a regular customer. I come and get food often because am usually around the area. At first I was received so nicely and the guy that worked there had a smile and was very polite and everything. But lately I notice every time I go in there and get food he always seems to be in a bad mood like he doesnât want to be there or work there. He just seem annoyed if you asked him for a fortune cookie or just ordered anything. Like he was tying to rush everything and get it over with. I am an understanding person so I just figured heâs going through something maybe he will cool off in a few days or weeks. I decided to go today and the surprise I got left me with no other choice but to leave this review. I tried to do a split payment a few dollars on my card and the rest in cash. I never really do this but I was on lunch break and it was my only option I had. When I told him I wanted to do half and half he looked at me like I was crazy and also like he was very annoyed and pissed at me. Like if he had the option to kick me out of the store he definitely would.He started saying oh no not good and he looked very frustrated. I did apologise for the inconvenience but all that came out of his mouth was
(listen I will do this just for this time but next time you try to do a half and half payment donât even bother coming back ok!)
Like are you serious? Where is the polite customer service? Where is the having consideration and understanding that it wasnât done on purpose it was just a last minute thing and if he would have asked or told me nicely about the reason why it was a problem we could have solved the issue like grown ups instead I will not even bother going to get lunch here again. And anyone that decides to ask me about if the food is good I will tell them how it is. Yes the food is good not amazing but good and hot which is why I liked going here in the first place but I will not be disrespected and treated like dirt because he was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. If you want good customer service and someone to treat you with kindness and respect just be warn you will not get this here! He is a rude and nasty man that needs to get it together or just close the business if he doesnât have anyone else that can run it for him. I told my friends about my experience and we all decided we will pick another Chinese place to go and eat where they treat us with respect and politeness and with a nice warming smile that you feel comfortable and just happy going to. I like to go out to eat but if the customer service sucks whatâs the point of going back ? All your doing is wasting your time and energy and leaving unhappy and unsatisfied with the whole experience. I hope they see this review and change things around other than that the business is going to go downhill. That might be another reason why when I came to get my food the place was completely empty. I understand now. Sometimes you have to leave your problems home and not bring them to work because stuff like this happens and then you canât do anything to really change it. VERY RUDE MAN! I almost get the impression the business was sold because there was a new person at the window who was less than friendly, unlike the woman who used to take your order. I used to often get 3 California rolls and choice of soup or salad. It was on the menu as an item, one price. I asked the guy for that special and he immediately said itâs only for lunch. So I ordered everything separately and when I later looked over the menu, the 3-California roll and soup or salad meal is right there, and NOT limited to lunch. So I paid more for what I ordered. But the disappointing part is the miso soup. So salty it was nearly inedible. And the tofu? Almost none in there. There used to be real, 3/4-inch CHUNKS of tofu. Now the teeny tiny bits of tofu are almost hard to find. Chop sticks are not out with the napkins, utensils and condiments. You need to ask for them.
