A large portion of these reviews seem to be influenced by the very pleasant staff at this location, not the actual product itself. So let’s dive into delivery day.

My mattress was brought to me by a team of three individuals, one of whom was visiting from Oregon for a Sleep Number seminar. This guy was incredibly knowledgeable and the first to actually walk me through the mattress's internal mechanics. Apparently, in Oregon, it’s standard procedure to show customers how the mattress works, but that was never done at the store where I made my purchase. The mattress itself? It’s essentially a collection of inflatable pool floats inside a bed frame. Once we had it all set up and gave it a try, it quickly became clear: this is, at best, a fancy air mattress. If you're skeptical, please take a moment to read online reviews—I only wish I had done so before committing.

Now, let's talk about that so-called "amazing return policy" they boast about. Within the 30-day return window, we decided to call and return the mattress, but instead of accepting the return, they offered us a "complimentary" mattress topper. Little did we know, this was just a way to push us past the 30-day mark, at which point we’d be charged a $250 return fee. Fine, that’s frustrating but manageable—until it gets worse. That adjustable bed frame they claim will improve your sleep (and supposedly cure snoring)? It does absolutely nothing. And, to make matters even worse, that frame is non-refundable. Oh, and the price they quoted us in-store for the frame? Not accurate at all. So, when all is said and done, our $5,000+ mattress and frame combo would only be refunded about $2,000.

Please, take my advice and read the reviews before making a decision. I only wish I had. This entire company, and every person involved, appears to be part of a well-orchestrated scam. I'm so glad I finally went in and tried out a sleep number bed, I can't believe it took me this long! I was greeted by the friendly staff in store, Dylan, Kathleen and Alan. They all pitched in to make the experience fantastic. At no point did I feel like they were just trying to "sell" me, I could tell they were really passionate about the product and what it does for people like me. It was a no brainer to make the purchase, and after a few weeks of having the bed I can say it's made a world of difference. I sleep better, I wake up feeling more energized than I have in years, and the back pain I've been dealing with when trying to sleep in my old bed(s) for years is gone. I've tried just about every option on the market, I wish I would've saved myself the headache and the money and started with sleep number, I'll never go back.
