I started vaping about 3 years ago. I had seen the shop when it was in the mall and the lady with the clear glasses was very helpful. As time went on I realized I was absolutely in love with CNY which was made by clouds over Watertown , so it was considered a house juice. Not a premium. They used to sell smaller bottles of house juice and they ended up discontinuing the option to buy anything smaller than a 100ml bottle. As a customer this was shocking because I at the time only purchased 60ml bottles but mainly the smallest option available. So the price increase was steep to say the least. I was told it would get better with time and prices might change. They moved the shop to where it is located now and changed staff. They sometimes brought the friendly girl with the long hair who had originally worked at the mall over to work and I would get to see her. She told me that she had good news not only did they drop premium prices to 23 but they dropped house juices to $18. Which is a fantastic price. When she was there I would in fact get that price. Time went on and she was gone. New staff came and the gentleman that was working the counter today always was friendly but did charge me random prices anywhere betweeen 20/22 so okay no big deal? Up until today. He had a friend sitting with him like he usually does at work .. I came in for my CNY like I have been for years. When my card got declined I said wait a minute how much is it? He laughs and said oh we had to up the prices again. I was absolutely appalled. I not only don’t have the extra $1 but he made it a point to say well if it’s about money I could give you a discount. Embarrassing to say the least. This isn’t what this shop is or was about. You can buy everything they have online at giant vapes for not even a fraction of the price. This is a good way to lose customers who have been loyal and not done the online route to support what we thought was a good solid business. Maybe the owner should go back to offering smaller bottles of the house juices, as customers are well aware of price increases but they do not care for wishy washy prices which is exactly what your current shop guy does...
Read moreI went in there a month or so ago to buy a new mod as mine is broken in some places. I wanted the same as before, but they were out of stock (okay fine not a big deal) I needed something with a good battery on it. I ended up buying, as suggested by the associate, the luxe nano. And was told it should last me all day if my current vape lasts 1.5 days without charge. And I had a 30 day warranty to return it for any reason. It did not last longer than my current vape. It lasted me maybe 4 hours. I tried to return it, and was told that he couldn't return it because unless its a mod issue that made it last less than 2 hours, then he can't return it. So two different things I was told.
Tonight, I went in to buy juice. I was told to wait in the corner as the other people were checking out (okay understandable with covid ect) when I got to the counter he (same guy as last month) asked me what I needed, I said juice. He was very short, very unfriendly and cold towards me, when just a moment ago, he abd the guy customers were laughing and joking around. I asked about a few juices. And I waited 20/30 seconds between the end of my question and his response.

Read moreThis is by far my favorite vape shop! They have hooked me up and helped me out, beyond any other vape shops have. They carry a ton of juice options and are very knowledgeable. My fiancee and I did have problems at one point with one of the workers and we said something to the company and immediately, they took care of the problem and that worker has improved more than we could imagine.
