Fevzi's Tailor Shop — Local services in Town of Webster

I have gone to Fevzi several times over the past year. He himself is a nice person and the work he has done for my family and I is exceptional. I recently dropped items off on May 3rd which was not done until July 5th. I called & drove to the store several times during the months of May and June because I was not given a timetable of when my items would be finished. I went to the store last week and was told that it would be done in a couple days. I received a call from the woman who works there stating my items were finished.

When I drove to the store to pick up the order, the woman gave me an astronomical price. I was very surprised with the price given, because I had similar items altered by them this year and it was no where near this total. I asked the woman if there was anyway I could receive a certain amount off given the fact that they did have my items for over 8 weeks and she was overwhelmingly rude when I brought this to her attention. Additionally, she not only refused to listen to why I believed the payment should be discussed, she cut me off and said what I felt "did not matter". Verbatim.

I went home and thought about it and thought that I should have a conversation with the owner to express my concerns regarding the customer service. The very next day I went back to speak with Fevzi and explained that I was very pleased with the work that was done on my clothes but was very disappointed in how his employee (the woman) handled the interaction. To my disappointment it did not seem as if he was understanding of where I was coming from therefore was not able to help resolve the issue. Fevzi and his wife are incredible at their work. They have a lot of customers, and we all go there since the quality of their work is Top-Notch. For the last 15 years they have done all the alterations for my household. Suits, pants, dresses, etc. They have altered my gowns for my children’s weddings. 3 complex dresses and the results were just perfect.

They give us very good prices for the work and time involved and they always do it with a smile. They have many customers so you have to give them time, but if you need it for a particular date ask and they will accommodate you. I think their customer service is excellent!!

The best in town, amazing results for minimal charge. He has saved leather jackets from the trash and turned then into a keepsake.

I've used this place many times for multiple reasons. To have pants shortened, repairs on leather belts and coats. He did a phenomenal job putting in a completely new liner on a twenty year old leather jacket and the results are amazing. I now have a vintage jacket with a brand new liner.
