Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in Town of Webster

Let's start off with my wife and I use to really enjoy going to Ollie's in Webster since they opened I believe almost 7 years ago. My wife and I were just in there the other day shopping for something in the ad. There was only signs up for the products but no product. We didn't see anyone on the floor to even ask. So we tried walked around still shopping.That place is a complete wreck and just dirty and not really friendly environment anymore, a lot of where you try and walk you can't, some of them front line cashiers need to welcome people,need better appearance for some of them, and my biggest is when you walk in just looking around when you walk in it looks nice if you look straight forward but don't look to the registers that's looks like thrift store area. I feel so sorry for the employees that do work there, that's a complete mess there. In all the times my wife and I have been to the Webster store it had NEVER looked so disarray like it does and a ghost town. You don't get the warm welcome when you walk through the door anymore, you have no one on the floor to help customers, there's products all over the floors that make it completely hard for us elderly people to get around, shelves looks empty and what product is on them a lot of its empty packages or boxes. WOW WEBSTER WHAT HAPPENED?!?!! You guys use to be the best Ollie's around to go to here in the Rochester area. Large variety of everyday items here. It's always packed with customers. The checkout line was long, and the cashier cleared out the line in minutes before I realized I was next. I found just what I was looking for, well stocked of ad items unlike some stores where items are gone the first day of the sale. The aisles are a bit cluttered and small. You really can't get more than one shopping cart through them. Some aisles, not even one cart, can pass through. Other than that, I really don't have much to complain about. I was in and out...

They always have great deals and you never know what your going to find but you'll always know what you do get is cheaper than almost anyplace else. Just don't buy the underwear, it's underwear that didn't make the final cut at the wearhouse, usually the stitching is messed up and feels off when you wear it. Otherwise Ollie's is awesome.
