My mom and I visited Metro Mattress to get a new mattress and bed frame for me when I moved into a new apartment this summer. Buying the mattress was a pretty efficient process, although the salesgirl there insisted showing us $1000 mattresses which were WAY out of our budget, even though my mom told her that we were looking for cheap options. The salesgirl there just didn't have the right expertise so to speak, but she was young and it was her very first week. Once we met with the store manager, he helped us arrange delivery of the mattress to my apartment in Buffalo. He even applied a back-to-school discount even though it was July and it technically didn't start until August, which was very nice of him to do. I was given an estimate on the delivery time for the mattress to arrive in Buffalo at my apartment. Once I was all moved in (on a VERY hot afternoon), I called for an estimated time of arrival. They were right on with the timing, and the delivery men couldn't be any more helpful! They even adjusted the head board so that the bed frame would attach to it just right, instead of having my mattress be free standing away from the head board. The two must've gone back and forth to their truck 4 times in 90 degree heat before getting everything set up, which was done perfectly.    Read moreWe stopped in this location back in September and we ended up purchasing the Chattem & Wells Luxury King mattress and itâs amazing. My issue is getting the pillows that were ordered. Here we are months later and I still donât have them. Iâve called multiple times and mostly get sorry Iâm not sure whatâs really going on can I get your number and get back⌠or yeah we are lacking quite a few items but will have stock soon but what kind of pillows were they? Itâs interesting because I remember being told the day I was there how big Metro Mattress is and how they donât have any issues with stock. The gentleman told me he would read competitors reviews and chime in to let them know at metro they donât have that issue and he could help them out. Apparently they do have that issue. Iâm not one for writing reviews but in this case itâs getting a bit ridiculous. I probably wouldnât have even written this if for once I was given a solid answer. It just seems as though once they make the sale they could care less from then on. Nobody ever follows up to let me know whatâs happening. I am happy with the bed itâs just the customer service that is not up to par. The most recent guy I spoke with actually sounded like he really is going to look into this and follow up.    Read moreI have purchased several beds and bed accessories at Metro mattress over the years. Recently I purchased a bed at the Webster store. The mattress was sagging in the middle and I spoke with the store manager who indicated that he could give me a customer loyalty credit for a new mattress. He also indicated that he would be on vacation but I could visit the store on Monday so I didnât have to wait until he returned. The manager indicated that his associate chad would be able to help me And if there was an issue that Chad could always contact him via text or cell. So I drove 25 miles to the store. When I arrived at the store it was locked at 5:30 pm and the employee was in his car. When he finally got out of his car and unlocked the store door to let me in he told me he could not help me because I was ânot in the systemâ. I asked him to contact The manager (just like the manager told me to) he became irate and angry. He said that nothing could happen until the store manager returned And he would never contact the manager etc. etc.He asked me to leave the store and Became aggressive He clearly wanted to eat the dinner he had just purchased. Terrible customer service. He had absolutely no interest in resolving my issue. I asked to speak with someone at metro mattress with no response Not worth it....
