7/13/2022 I ordered Cashew Chicken tonite for pick up. I got it home and found it to be nothing that I have ever seen before..Looked more like Sesame chicken..It was so Over done it was extremely Tuff and tasteless.Even the cashews were burnt.The egg roll was way over cooked also.It was by far as a whole the WORSE Chinese dinner I have ever received..I threw it in the garbage. I will never patronize this business again!! I did an online pick up order and the guy who was at the register was unfriendly and did not greet me at all. I told him that I was there to pick up my order, gave him my name, and he put the bag on the ledge and threw the rolled up slip on the ledge for me to sign.i picked it up and signed it. I then asked if they had sauce and he pointed at them as if I were bothering him. I picked up my food and left but then I forgot my card. so I went back into the restaurant and he said "oh boy" like there was about to be an issue. I said, "I forgot my card." I grabbed my card and left. When I got home and pulled out the food, it was missing the rice. I immediately called the number for the online ordering service. They called the restaurant and the restaurant said I needed to call China Chef. I immediately called and the guy who was at the register started interrogating me about what was in the bag and asking the same questions over and over. He said that if I wanted to come back and get it I could and I advised him it was raining and I was not driving all the way back. He told me it was my choice and that was how he was going to remedy it. There was no apology for the mishap or an option to come back another day, he said "that's the options I am giving you." . I told him to keep the rice because he was rude, combative, and obviously needed the rice more than I did! The food i did get was disgusting and now I see why their rating is so low!!! Pay the extra and get better food and service someplace else!!! 10 out of 10 DOES...

Stop 🛑, Look👀, Listen, 👂and avoid!!
This has to the WORST Chinese Food establishment that I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure in experiencing.
1). They allegedly been in business for over 20 years but they lack Courteous, Effective Customer service skills. Their English is terrible & is a major barrier.
2). No matter what you purchase the food is often staled over cooked, and has absolutely NO SEASONINGS, or Favored.
3). Brillo or steel pad particles are often found in your food!
Ask me how I know this because I have personal experience it. On 11/20/21 I purchase (2) egg rolls & Chicken noodle soup. They eggs were burnt, stale, and had what appeared to be raw shedded lettuce not cabbage!
My soup had what appeared to be thin spaghetti noodles not egg noodles but store brought spaghetti noodles! The chicken was an Artificial substance that tasted like boiled flour! The broth had NO favor , it literally tasted like boiled tap water. No vegetables at all.
Lastly , floating aimlessly amongst the tap water was black steel particles! Which was later confirm to be “ Oh that is from the pad we use to clean our pots” “ would like for us to cook you another meal.?” They never apologized but caught and attitude & was extremely argumentative about my request for a refund. The owner & wife stated“ Don’t come back here!”
It’s a sad commentary when a Chinese Restaurant can’t make an egg roll or soup!!!
