Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Webster

I went to Starbucks on Hard Rd (Webster) yesterday. Sunday. I did a mobile order and was told 10-13 min. St the 13 min mark I got the alert that my order was ready. Only the breakfast sandwich was ready, which was for my friend. I purchased a Venti latte for myself and my friend. I then waited 45 MINUTES for my lattes. The sandwich was cold and not edible by the time I got to my friend's. I was late for my hair appointment. J asked at the counter 3 times about my coffees. Many people were waiting and they only seemed to care about the drive thru orders. The one guy took the stickers with my orders and placed them on cups and 15 min later I approached the counter again because they still were not ready. At the 45 min mark I thought I heard someone say a name similar to mine as he handed 2 ventis to the drive thru employee who promptly set them on the counter near his register. After a few minutes I approached the counter again and spoke loudly to the woman and the drive thru guy overheard. They had handed him my coffees. I love starbucks. This was the worse...

I went there between 10:40am to 10:45am 7/23/24 with another person. We walk in and all the employees say hi, hello and /or welcome. They were very lively and welcoming. They were patient when i ordered, i had no idea what to get. They did get my name wrong but it was funny, i didnt bring it up because ive worked in food before and understand just how loud it can be behind the counter, especially when you have a earpiece connecting to drive through. This bunch were all lively and happy and just overall good vibes. This group should be put together more, ive gone to starbucks multiple times and this group hands down is my favorite. Food was fast, service was wonderful. I had forgotten the name of the spinach feta wrap (probably still the wrong name lol) and the cashier knew immediately what i was talking about. Every single time I order a drink at this location, they mess it up. I am allergic to dairy so I always order the same drink…. Tall decaf oat milk brown sugar hot latte. Yesterday I had to have the drink remade because when i checked to confirm it was oat milk they said it was not, even though i ordered oat milk. They remade the drink with oat milk but used the same cup! I have a dairy allergy so I can’t have any of it in the cup. So I didn’t drink it. I was in the drive up line for a while as they had to remake the drink with a line behind me so I just left… but those drinks are not cheap and I had to just throw it out. Then I asked for a tall but got a grande . Often when I get this drink there , it tastes nothing like what it normally tastes like. I get this same drink at Barnes and nobles down the road and it ALWAYS tastes better (sweeter) and they always get the drink right. So frustrating . Not going back to this location...
