I M not a FastFood Person. My friend told me she loves the BK near her home. Am I just having a bad day at BK!?Anyone buying food at BK Hard Road Webster 14580 dont buy their fish dinner. 6:20PM 3/23/25 I ordered fish sandwich, sprite & fries. I saw $5.19 - thats just 4 the fish fry I was told; $9.09 is 4 the meal. Sml, Med, Lge is the size of the drink. Picked up my meal, drove into a parking spot, took a drink of the Sprite and thought I was going to puke. It smelled like mildew. I opened the fish sandwich. Now there's a piece of fish that's been cooked a few times. I didn't bring my microscope with me so that I could find the fish meat. The fries were warm, not hot and crispy. I took the sprite back for a replacement & was told by the "manager" she couldn't smell anything Well I suppose if U R bathing in grease all day long, it would B difficult to do so. She said "must be the carbonated whatever". WHY WOULD ANYONE REPLACE A DRINK WITH THE SAME PRODUCT "SPRITE" IF THEY SUSPECTED THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE DISPENSING UNIT? She gave me the Sprite drink, I went back to the parking lot & sure enough, same sickening smell. Went back to the window where I asked for the drink to be replaced with ice tea. The "manager" told me she couldn't replace the drink & to have a nice day. I want a refund for the entire meal. I threw away over $10 for a trash...
Read moreI like the taste of their burgers, old grilled taste, the regular Whopper pretty big and Jr Whopper always an option too. Their original grilled chicken sandwich was tasty too and pretty big. Love fries and theirs are pretty good, cooked so crunchy the way I like them but wish they'd go light when adding the salt, too much !!! Yes you can probably ask for no salt but takes longer ... They serve you the drinks so no self serve which really isn't a big deal, you can probably ask for a refill but not sure on thatâWe went at a non-busy time so things went smooth but not sure what their in-dining expensive is like while waiting for your food with the current distancing rules. That's not too big a deal for me but one thing they could add is a small TV monitor so you know when your food is ready especially since all orders are in paper bags vs trays which gets confusing ... Think about that lunch hour crunch since this Burger King is located in a crowded busy suburban plaza. A lot of people still go inside to order for dine-in and take-out especially if the drive-thru is extremely...
Read moreI went to try the new, plant based, Impossible Whopper. While it wasn't a bad burger, I'm not a practicing vegan or vegetarian, so I would definitely not choose it over the original flame-broiled, Beef Whopper, which, in my opinion is the second-best chain fast-food burger available. Otherwise, the service was fast and friendly and the staff genuinely was excited about the Impossible Whopper and the public's current fascination with it. The manager even read me the ingredients and calorie breakdown from a placard they had on the counter, although a flyer with consumer info would have been a nicer touch (it wasn't his fault that corporate didn't have it available yet.) He did suggest I go to the website for additional information, which I did, where I also filled out the survey for a free Whopper on my next visit (although the manager wasn't sure if that was redeemable for the Impossible Whopper.) Fries were fresh and flavorful, store was clean and price was fair. Overall, a...
