Hate to write a bad review, but feel this was really warranted. I was in October 28th, worked with someone that ordered my new phone, said they could ship it to the store and that they would let me know when it was ready and they would take care of the transfer when it came in. One week later, didnât hear anything and called Verizon to see if it came in. They said it came in October 30th and that they were sorry that no one let me know. They said they would make an appointment for me November 7th at 10AM and they would be expecting me. So I come in at 10AM.
The guy I worked with said it wasnât there, they donât ship it to the store and that it was sent to my house. I brought in paperwork, he tried to circle something that said it was âshippedâ as proof that it was sent to my house. Yes, you circled something that didnât show where it was sent buddy, good work. Guess where the phone was? Oh yeah, thatâs right, in the back of the store. He still just says âwe donât do thatâ. Another worker chimed in and said we donât do that. Well guess what, you did and it was there. He still acted like he didnât just find it in the back with all my information with it. Oh yeah, they also said that there was âno informationâ on it. He literally was raising his voice with me to tell me how I was wrong, when again, he found the phone in the back with my information. Itâs crazy, he raised his voice with me the whole time and still didnât bother to say sorry after he found the phone in the back âthat never gets sent to the store and wouldâve been sent back in two days if it was, because it wouldnât have any of my information on itâ. Today we had an incredibly disappointing experience due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of their salesmen, June. Despite coming in with questions about their services, we were met with condescension and impatience. It felt like our questions were an inconvenience rather than an opportunity for assistance.
Juneâs dismissive attitude made us feel undervalued as customers, and it was clear he had little interest in helping us. June continued to brush off our questions by telling us to call the âLoyaltyâ line for answers. He also told us he does not have the authority to change anything on our plan and that we have to call the âLoyaltyâ line to do that.
I would caution anyone considering Verizon to be wary of their customer service standards and deceiving plan costs, as my encounters have been far from the standard of service one should expect from such a...
   Read moreThe worst verizon I've ever been to. I went in to check out the samsung s24 ultra I was greeted and asked what brought me in. I stated I was thinking of switching from iphone to the s24 and she replied with "why would you do that". She then proceeded to tell me I was locked in a 3 year contract and the only way I could switch was to pay off my iphone and buy the s24.. lol verizon hasn't done contracts in many years. I said thank you I think I'll try a different verizon and she replied with "well idk what they're gonna be able to do for you". Well Indeed i went to a different verizon and I I did indeed get the s24 ultra without paying off my iphone. After thought I did decide to pay off the iphone so I could keep it but the point is, she was 0 help to me at all and couldn't be bothered with even looking into with what I was inquiring.
