I had a poor experience with a custom designer that was supposed to create my dream dress but after a certain amount of time I wasn’t able to wait around for this dress to turn into my vision and I found Brenda Babe Bridal through a Google search. I truly believe this was divine intervention because Brenda was the perfect person to put me at ease in the situation I was in with a 9 week time frame and not knowing what I wanted. She offers solo-appointments which allowed me to try on dresses without the interference of other brides and it was on a Sunday! Talk about impressive. I seriously cannot put into words how incredible Brenda is, she is seriously the BEST! I went dress shopping at David’s Bridal before here and I found a dress where I loved the train but wasn’t sure about the front. So I continued my search and was recommended to see Brenda and I am SO happy and grateful I did. I told her I was looking for something that gave that “wow” factor, and boy did we find it!! Literally the first dress she had me try on was the dress I ended up saying yes to! And the funny thing is, the dress I said yes to is something I would have never imagined myself wearing. Brenda is an absolute gem as a person and as a knowledgeable consultant who helped me find the PERFECT dress for me! I sent her pictures before my appointment so she had an idea of the style I was aiming for. She already had gowns pulled for me when I arrived for my private fitting. It turns out that she knew even better than I did what would look just right for me, because the third dress wasn’t exactly what I expected but it was the charm! On the hanger, I wasn’t so sure, but once I had it on, I knew I would say “Yes to the dress!”

Brenda’s shop is comfortable, fun, and welcoming. There’s lots of space for the bride to try on gowns and consult with Brenda and family or friends, and Brenda takes so much personal care of you. You won’t feel rushed or pressured like you might at other large stores, and Brenda goes out of her way to help you with everything - from seamstress recommendations to ideas for hair and earrings, she’s thought of it all!
