Subway — Restaurant in Town of West Seneca

Very chill guy when I walked in for my pickup order using a coupon, even reassured me and promised me he packed my sub with veggies like my note said. I can absolutely attest to the fact that this sub is heavy and packed and made correctly too!! Versus the orchard park location i normally went to, this one had better reviews and that showed immediately. Better atmosphere, fresher ingredients it seems, plenty of people to help each other out seemingly, and overall just a good spot in the area. Will definitely be coming back here as my main subway! Nice find for me, as I've had issues with other places either not listening to my note, somehow getting my simple subs wrong, or otherwise just some kind of issue generally. sometimes I had success but overall unreliable with the other location, so thank you to the people who made my sub today! I order a 6in beast 2-4 times a week at the Bowen road elma location. For $8. Purchased the exact same sub at the location in the Southgate for $11.99 still 6 inch. The sub was good but a 50% increase in price is disgusting. This will be the last time I eat at that subway. The owner of that location is clearly filled with greed and I cannot support that. I feel embarrassed for that person. I could never conduct myself professionally in a setting offering the same service for a 50% price increase. I like subway and I hope this owner figures out his finances because I refuse to be bent over a barrel and shown the 50 states. Greed is a horrible demon that has clearly gotten the best of him. If you'd like a mid tear sub at a 5 star price this is the place to be. Customer service was excellent but the owner of this franchise...

I would just like to share my opinion on this particular Subway. This is a bit different as I have not personally eaten here, however, I would just like to say how wonderful the owner of this establishment is! She goes above & beyond for her employees! She always takes time out to listen to them, she has compassion & understanding! She treats her employees like family! I can't tell you how much that means to me, as a mother of one of her employees!!! That says a great deal about this establishment!!! Thank you so much for putting your employees 1st!!!
