If I could give this store zero stars I would. I had purchased wedding rings in January 2018 . No problems. When it came time in July for them to be cleaned an have stones checked they were fine. A week after my husband's band had split a straight line. We took it in to be replaced. Waited an waited for the replacement. To go in a couple days before it should of been ready for the ASSISTANT manager to say they had lost one of the diamonds while repairing it. No one had called us to inform what had happened an that it was gonna be even longer. The stones were checked an were good so makes no sense to me how it had fallen out when the ring was damaged on the bottom. Now it's been a month an some change. My husband goes to pick up his replacement ring. The assistant manager had given him the broken ring back that was now repaired, when he was suppose to receive a brand new one. When my husband had brought it back in 2 mins later, the manager had pulled the new ring out of his pocket an laughed it off. Now when he comes back we are looking at ring to find a black spot on the top. He takes back in the store for a third time for that assistant manager to say it was from them resizing the ring which makes no sense. After two claims an countless battles with corporate we just took the damaged ring an a gift card. Last month Sept my hubby had added some things for myself for Christmas. Now again, the ASSISTANT MANAGER reassured him that the monthly payment wouldn't change. Went in yesterday to pay my bill an it had indeed gone up $50. Read moreI cannot say enough about Matthew and the Kay's Team at the Southgate location. I returned a beautiful ring that I purchased to find that it didn't really "fit" what I was looking for. Matthew started asking me what would be the ring that would "fit" me. Before I knew it, we designed and created a new ring. It came in and it was stunning but need to make a few personal changes to it and Matthew and team worked with me to get the final design. It came in today and I could not be more thrilled! To say I am "over- the -moon" in love is not enough. Matthew and the staff are the friendliest, nicest, patient staff to work with and I appreciate all their time and help in this process. Read moreI love the Kay's jewelers at South Gate Plaza. The employees and manager are so friendly and very knowledgeable. Always going above and beyond. Today I rush in 15 minutes before closing to pick up my necklace. I had Ashley and Tom and they were so pleasant and outgoing.. HIGHLY recommend this Kay's location.
