Tech Savvy — Local services in Town of West Seneca

Definitely a company I would highly recommend!!!!! There is a small church where I volunteer my IT services......There was a request from our church board to get WiFi installed in a small park behind the church......I had different contractors come out to give estimates, I picked Tech Savvy and I was glad I did.......I wanted the park part of the network to be separate from the network inside the church....They came out, installed the system, and we tested it out.....All worked great.....However, recently we had trouble sending our livestream out to YouTube......I let the company know and someone was sent out promptly to investigate....

I worked with him to pinpoint the problem, we found the issue and worked to correct it..We did, but he said it was not corrected to his specs and made arrangements for another appointment for his techs to tweak the system further......I met them and they spent quite a bit of time tweaking the system further......We did have success and the issue was solved......

All that said, what I really want to convey is that the after-the-sale customer service was top notch, They did not hesitate to answer any questions I had, and their techs and owner are very friendly and I felt I had a good relationship with them.....They contacted me to see how things were going, showing me they care about their customers...

I wish the best for this business, they are a 5-star...

Reminds me slightly of the old Micro Xperts on Walden Ave or Black Cat on Ridge Lea. Except less warehouse-like. More like retail outlet.

I called and spoke with a tech looking for a load balancing WAN Aggregator to combine 2 internet connections, 8 gb x 8gb Fiber, 1gb Spectrum and our failsafe Verizon 5G - sure They have em on Amazon for decent prices. And one day Shipping (always ends up being 2 to 3 days)

They have the exact same 6 port (4 selectable lan/wan) with load balancing either managed via hardware or software.

He had a few different ones in stock and they COST LESS than Amazon and I had it in hand in under 45 mins.

Spent some time @ their Seneca St location asking about hardware availability and everything i asked about was in stock and at Amazon prices.

Intel Retail box CPUs, Nvidia high end GPUs and more - Nic cards, 1U servers, server racks and UPSs, they have it. Even Network Video Recorder camera systems from 2 to 128 cameras - POE add ons and power injectors and modems routers and Wifi and Mesh systems. Printers, Ram, cables etc.

All IN STOCK and cheaper than best buy and comparable to Amazon prices.

This is a small group of very helpful, efficient, and educated people who love computers. It's also a Family Owned business! Hallelujah, the people still have souls here! You won't get ripped off!? Wait- whaaaaat? Small office so calling first is a must. Stop-ins are not advised since it's really more of a warehouse with a very small section up front. A very friendly young man owns it. Give them a call if you need a computer built to your specifications, a surveillance system or just need your computer fixed. You'll be glad you gave them a try. It's nice to have a "small town get to know you" type of mentality. We need more of these types of businesses to re-establish trust again where...
